Crumbed Lamb Cutlets

 A quick, mouth-watering meal for all the family and the kids' favourite! 

What You'll Need

  • Victoria Hill Lamb cutlets - Order Your Lamb Box Here
  • Flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • Bread crumbs
  • Olive oil (or any oil of your choice)
  • Eggs
The Victoria Hill Lamb Method
  1. Remove skin and excess fat from each cutlet
  2. Dip in seasoned flour, shake off excess
  3. Dip or brush cutlets with egg beaten with a little oil (to help hold crumbs firmly), then press firmly into breadcrumbs
  4. Repeat process if you like a crisp coating
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm crumbs
  6. Shallow-fry in hot oil, turning occasionally, until crumbs are golden brown and cutlets are cooked through

Tip: Make sure the oil is hot before adding cutlets, otherwise the crumbs will drop off.
